The 450 m2 Villa Karin Privlaka with an indoor area of 150 m2 offers accommodation to 6 guests in three bright bedrooms, two of which are furnished with a double bed, while the third one has two single beds. Furthermore, there are two bathrooms with showers and other bathroom essentials such as towels, a washing machine, etc. at the guests´ disposal. The fully equipped kitchen is connected to the rustic dining area which is furnished with a long table where the whole family can gather for a nice home-cooked meal. Adjacent to the dining area is the charming living room which gives off a farmhouse vibe with its brick accent wall, wooden ceiling and traditional-style fireplace. The sofa in the living room is extendable so that two guests can sleep there, while the flat-screen satellite TV provides entertainment for the whole family. From the 1st floor of Villa Karin Privlaka guests can access the beautiful spacious balcony with garden furniture which will be ideal for enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of Dalmatian wine in the evening.

The courtyard of Villa Karin Privlaka is completely fenced so that guests have full privacy during their stay. The main attraction of the courtyard is the gorgeous 25m2 swimming saltwater heated pool surrounded by lounging chairs and parasols. Furthermore, there is an outdoor shower for the maximum comfort of our guests. Cooking enthusiasts will be especially pleased by the barbecue where they can show off their cooking skills, while the rest of the family can taste the grilled dishes in the outdoor dining area. For a bit of extra entertainment, guests can play darts while waiting for their food to be ready. Guests arriving by car will have private parking spaces at their disposal.
