This modern single-storey villa offers 140 m² of living space on an enclosed 820 m² property. It features two bedrooms, one bathroom, a separate toilet, a 36 m² heated swimming pool, a sauna and a landscaped garden with a covered outdoor living area.

The interior is designed as an open-plan space combining a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. The kitchen features a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, espresso coffee machine, ice maker and wine cooler. The dining area has a table for six guests. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating, a sofa bed for two guests and SAT TV. Large glass walls provide plenty of natural light and connect the interior directly with the garden and terrace. A five-zone SONOS audio system is also available. The villa has two air-conditioned bedrooms with king-size beds, wardrobes and TVs. Opposite the bedrooms is a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, toilet and sauna. A separate guest toilet is also available. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi, a security system, washing machine, hairdryers and ironing equipment. A baby cot and high chair are available upon prior request.

Large glass walls can be fully opened, creating a direct connection between the interior, garden and pool area. Four private parking spaces and an electric vehicle charger are available on the property. Pets are welcome upon prior request.
