Located in the peaceful Istrian village of Gajana, Villa Serenity Pula provides comfortable accommodation for eight guests. This modern single-storey villa offers 231 m² of living space on a spacious 2,000 m² property. It features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a 50 m² heated swimming pool, a Finnish sauna and a landscaped outdoor area surrounded by greenery.

The villa’s interior is designed as a spacious open-plan area combining a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. The kitchen features a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, espresso coffee machine, ice maker and wine cooler. The dining area has a table for eight guests, while the living room is furnished with comfortable seating and a SAT TV. Large glass walls provide plenty of natural light and connect the interior with the terrace and garden. The villa is also equipped with a five-zone SONOS audio system. A hallway leading from the living room provides access to four air-conditioned bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed, wardrobe and TV. Two further bedrooms with double beds and TVs share a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. At the end of the hallway is the master bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, TV and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower. A Finnish sauna is located next to the master bedroom. A separate guest toilet is also available. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi, a security system, a washing machine and dryer, hairdryers, ironing equipment, and a working desk. A baby cot and high chair are available upon prior request.

The spacious enclosed property is surrounded by greenery and provides privacy throughout the stay. At the centre of the landscaped garden is a 50 m² heated swimming pool with counter-current swimming and massage jets. The pool is surrounded by a sun deck and comfortable loungers. Next to the pool is a covered outdoor living area with comfortable seating, a dining table and a gas barbecue. Its glass walls can be fully opened, creating a direct connection between this space, the garden and the pool terrace. Private parking and an electric vehicle charger are available on the property. Pets are welcome upon prior request.
