The 160 m² interior is spread across two floors and designed in a modern, functional style. The ground floor features a spacious living room with a fireplace, connected to a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Large glass doors allow plenty of natural light and provide direct access to the terrace and pool area. On the same floor, there is one bedroom with access to the terrace, a separate bathroom, and a laundry area. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms have balconies with views of the sea and pool, while the third bedroom has a window. All bedrooms are equipped with double beds (180x200), air conditioning, and Smart TVs. An extra bed and a baby cot are also available. The living room is further complemented by a PlayStation 4, providing an additional entertainment option during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday use and includes an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, wine cooler, and all necessary kitchen appliances.

Guests can also use the charcoal barbecue, ideal for evening gatherings, while the fully fenced garden ensures privacy and safety, especially for families with children.
