The 285m2 indoor area of Villa Giulia offers accommodation to 6 guests in three elegantly decorated bedrooms, all of which are furnished with a king-sized bed and an A/C system. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor of Villa Giulia and offers direct access to a beautiful pool. The other two bedrooms are located on the 1st floor of the villa, one of which has access to a beautiful balcony. All the bedrooms have access to their own en-suite bathroom, two of which have a shower, while the third one has a bathtub. The bathrooms are stocked up with towels and L’Occitane cosmetics and guests will have a hair dryer at their disposal. The kitchen of Villa Giulia is fully equipped so that guests have everything they need for the preparation of delicious home-cooked meals. Family dinners can be organized in the grand dining area for eight. The living room follows the aristocratic charm of Villa Giulia by being furnished with two elegant crème sofas and a mountable flat-screen TV with satellite signal reception, and by being decorated with golden accents and artwork of some of the most renowned Croatian painters. The outdoor area of Villa Giulia is fully enclosed, giving its guests complete privacy during their stay. The focal point of the courtyard is the gorgeous 28m2 swimming pool surrounded by lounging chairs where guests can soak up the sun rays while being surrounded by lush Mediterranean greenery. Next to the swimming pool is the outdoor dining area with a barbecue where guests can enjoy a tasty grilled dish paired with top-quality Istrian wine. Guests who arrive by car will have access to two private parking spaces.

Vabriga is a small Croatian village which is part of the Tar-Vabriga municipality known for its safeguarding of the Istrian tradition. Go on a stroll through the wine yards and olive groves, enjoy classical music concerts in the ancient church of St. Martin in Tar and discover the beautiful Old Town located on a plateau which is 112 m above sea level and which on one side slopes towards the breathtaking Adriatic Sea. Furthermore, Vabriga is the ideal starting point for the exploration of the entire Istrian peninsula. Visit some of Istria´s major historic cities on its western coast such as Poreč (12 km), Novigrad (9 km), Umag (23 km) and Pula (67 km), as well as the picturesque villages with untouched nature in the heart of Istria such as Motovun (32 km) and Pazin (40 km). Pay a visit to the majestic Baredine Cave and encounter the endemic animal species or go on a one-day trip to the Nature Park Učka (90 km) where you can go hiking, cycling, free climbing or paragliding.
