The interior of Villa Verde exudes warmth and character. The ground floor features an open-plan layout with a rustic kitchen equipped with all modern appliances – a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, and kettle. Next to the kitchen is a dining area and a cozy living room with a fireplace, satellite TV, and air conditioning, creating an inviting space for gatherings throughout the year. This floor also includes a guest toilet and a practical laundry room with a washing machine and ironing equipment. Upstairs, there are three comfortable bedrooms – two with double beds and one with two single beds. Each room has its own bathroom and air conditioning, while two of the rooms have access to a balcony overlooking the pool and surrounding nature. The master bedroom is also equipped with a safe for your valuables.

The outdoor area of the villa is designed for pure enjoyment. A private pool (8 x 4 m) is surrounded by sun loungers and greenery, ideal for summer relaxation. A covered terrace with a dining table and comfortable seating provides the perfect spot for outdoor meals, and a portable BBQ is available for preparing your favorite dishes. Parking for two cars is available within the fenced property.

Medvidići is a quiet and authentic Istrian village located in central Istria, just 10 km from Poreč and about a 20-minute drive from Rovinj. Enjoy the nearby cycling trails, wine routes, and local taverns. For basic supplies, the nearest shop is in Sveti Lovreč, only 2 km away. The nearest restaurant is about 7 km from the villa, and the beaches and attractions of coastal Istria are easily reachable by car.
