The spacious 550 m² terrace, partly covered and paved with travertine stone, offers plenty of room for outdoor relaxation, while the driveway is lined with elegant porphyry stone. At the heart of the estate lies a 12 × 6 m heated saltwater pool, complemented by a fully equipped summer kitchen and a wine cellar boasting over 160 bottles of top-quality Istrian wines—ideal for long summer evenings. This rustic gem accommodates up to 12 guests and, in addition to its refined design, offers a jacuzzi, sauna, children’s playground, and eight bicycles for exploring the beautiful surroundings.

Spanning 520 m², the villa features four elegant bedrooms combining modern comfort with traditional Istrian charm. Each room is air-conditioned and equipped with a double bed and TV, while two also feature a sofa bed. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers and complete amenities, and additional guest toilets are available for extra convenience. The spacious living room, adorned with stone walls, wooden beams, and a fireplace, exudes rustic warmth, while the fully equipped kitchen and dining area for ten guests create a welcoming space for shared meals. For deep relaxation, a private Finnish sauna is also available.

The outdoor area is equally impressive, featuring a large heated saltwater pool, jacuzzi, children’s playground, table tennis, and a barbecue area with a summer kitchen and an alfresco dining space beneath the stars. Eight comfortable loungers and a cozy lounge area invite you to unwind and enjoy the serenity. The property also offers a garage for two cars, additional parking for eight vehicles, and an electric car charging station. Your stay at Villa Antea includes daily cleaning, pool maintenance, a private concierge, jacuzzi and sauna, charcoal for the barbecue, a basket of organic fruit from a local farm, and a welcome package with natural mineral water, juices, tea, and coffee. Additional premium services can be arranged upon request, such as pre-arrival grocery stocking, private wine tastings, driver service, Italian shopping trips, massages, yoga sessions, babysitting, private photographer, horseback riding, cooking classes, and private staff services.
