Villa Loparia is a modern and elegant villa located in the village of Lopar on the island of Rab, designed for guests seeking privacy, comfort, and a relaxed holiday close to the sea. Villa Loparia Interior

The villa offers 215 m² of living space spread over two floors. The ground floor features a spacious living room connected to the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as one bedroom with its own bathroom. The space is bright, functional, and ideal for spending time together. The first floor comprises three bedrooms. The second bedroom has a double bed, with its bathroom located across the hallway, and access to a south-facing balcony. The third bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, an anteroom, and access to two balconies facing north and west. The master bedroom includes a private bathroom and a south-facing balcony with a hydromassage bathtub, perfect for relaxing in complete privacy. All bedrooms are equipped with double beds measuring 200 x 200 cm, air conditioning, and televisions. The villa has a total of four bathrooms, as well as an additional separate WC with external access. Guests have access to a washing machine, bed linen, towels, a hairdryer, and an iron.

The outdoor area of the villa is designed for open-air living and complete relaxation. The private 30 m² swimming pool can be heated, and an outdoor sauna is located next to the pool. The 400 m² garden is fully fenced and provides a high level of privacy. Guests can enjoy eight sun loungers, two parasols, an outdoor kitchen with a gas barbecue, and a comfortable area for socializing. A children’s playground is also located in the garden, making the villa suitable for families with children. Up to five private parking spaces are available.

Villa Loparia Surroundings

Villa Loparia is located in a quiet part of Lopar, approximately 650 metres from the sea and sandy beach. The village centre, as well as restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, and other amenities, is about 600 metres away, allowing guests to enjoy their stay without frequent use of a car. The Lopar ferry port is around 900 metres away. The island of Rab is well known for its long sandy beaches, walking paths, cycling routes, and rich gastronomic offer.
