Apartment Vice Versa Maestral is located in the modern Villa Vice Versa in the town of Punat on the island of Krk, only 80 meters from the sea. The villa consists of three completely separate apartments, each offering guests a high level of privacy. A special feature of the property is that every apartment has its own private swimming pool, sun deck and spacious outdoor area with a sea view. Vice Versa Maestral is situated in the central part of the villa and is also the largest apartment in the property. It extends over three floors and offers 115 m² of interior space, complemented by approximately 100 m² of private outdoor area with a 20 m² swimming pool and sun deck. Vice Versa Maestral is the largest apartment in the villa and, thanks to additional sleeping options, can accommodate up to 8 guests, making it an ideal choice for larger families or groups of friends. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds measuring 200 x 180 cm. One of the bedrooms also features an additional sofa for two guests, while another two guests can sleep on the sofa in the living room. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating. Each bedroom includes a TV, while the living room features a Smart TV.

The interior of the apartment is distributed across three floors. The ground floor features an entrance hall with a wardrobe for luggage and personal belongings, as well as a separate guest toilet. On this floor, there is also one bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a shower. From the bedroom, there is access to a small private terrace that leads towards the pool and sun deck. On the first floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen connected to the dining area and the living room. This open-plan space represents the central gathering area during the stay. From the living room, there is direct access to the terrace with the swimming pool and sun deck. The second floor features another bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a wardrobe area. This floor also offers a spacious terrace with a sea view. From the terrace, stairs lead directly down to the pool and sun deck.

The central feature is the private swimming pool of 20 m² surrounded by a sun deck with loungers and two sun umbrellas. This area is ideal for enjoying warm summer days while admiring the sea view and peaceful Mediterranean surroundings. Guests also have a private parking space at their disposal, and the apartment is pet-friendly.

Punat is one of the best-known tourist destinations on the island of Krk, known for its long seaside promenade, well-maintained beaches, and relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere. Thanks to the excellent location of the apartment, the sea is only 80 meters away, while the town center with restaurants, cafés, and shops can be reached within a short walking distance. Nearby guests will also find the well-known Punat Marina and the small island of Košljun, one of the most famous landmarks in this part of the island of Krk.
