The interior of the villa is spread across three floors and designed for a comfortable stay throughout the year. On the ground floor, there is a private gym equipped with workout machines and a large mirror, ideal for guests who want to stay active even during their holiday. On the same floor, there is also an entertainment area with table football and darts, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The first floor features the main living area, connecting a comfortable living room, dining area, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, and fireplace, making this villa a great choice even outside the summer season. The kitchen includes everything needed for daily meal preparation, including an oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and two refrigerators. On this floor, there is also a children’s bedroom with a bunk bed, its own sink, and a private bathroom. The second floor offers three spacious bedrooms with double beds. The master bedroom features its own en suite bathroom and access to a private terrace with an outdoor bathtub, where you can relax while enjoying the sea view. The other two bedrooms also have access to the terrace and share an additional bathroom. All main bedrooms are air-conditioned.
