Set on a spacious 4,800 m² estate, this unique stone ground-floor villa is surrounded by a manicured garden, olive grove, and cypress trees over 40 years old. The entire property is fully fenced, ensuring complete privacy and security, especially for guests with children or pets, who are also welcome at the villa. The construction of this villa was initiated by the grandfather of the current owner, who was a long-time collaborator of the famous sculptor Ivan Meštrović. Every stone was handcrafted, and the construction continued through generations, making this house not only a luxury residence, but also an inherited family story.

The villa offers accommodation for up to 6 guests (with the possibility of accommodating two children up to 10 years old) in three comfortable bedrooms. Adjacent to the living area is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and direct access to the garden – ideal for enjoying local delicacies. The kitchen includes all necessary appliances: oven, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, and more. The entire interior is air-conditioned and features underfloor heating. Guests can enjoy a covered terrace with an outdoor dining table for eight and a large stone barbecue with a peka – perfect for preparing traditional Dalmatian meals. The garden also features artistic sculptures that enhance the ambiance, as well as a hammock for relaxing in the shade. A mooring for boats up to 7 meters in length is available just steps from the villa, making it an excellent choice for guests who wish to explore the sea and nearby islands. Two bicycles are also provided for exploring the area.
