Villa Vitae & Pax form an exclusive complex of two luxury villas located in a quiet part of Sutivan on the island of Brač. The villas are rented exclusively together as one unit, making this concept ideal for larger families, groups of friends, or multi-generational holidays. Guests can enjoy staying close to one another while maintaining complete privacy and comfort in each villa. Each villa features its own private pool, separate entrance, and fully independent layout, ensuring a high level of discretion. At the same time, renting both villas together allows for easy organization of shared activities and quality time spent together.

Villa Vitae & Pax Interior

Both villas are spread over three levels and designed with a focus on functionality, comfort, and a clear separation between living, resting, and recreation areas. On the ground floor of each villa, there is a dedicated space for active leisure, including a private gym. These bright and airy areas can be opened towards the outside, creating a pleasant atmosphere for exercise or relaxation. The first floor of each villa serves as the main living area. Kitchens, dining areas, and living rooms are connected in open-plan layouts, ideal for socializing and spending time together. Modern kitchens with central islands and wine fridges flow naturally into dining spaces, while living rooms open directly onto terraces and pools through large glass walls. A guest WC and a small relaxation corner are also located on this level. The second floor is dedicated to rest and privacy. Each villa offers three spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and access to a balcony. Two bedrooms in each villa include additional sofa beds, allowing flexible accommodation for larger groups. A separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is also available in each villa. Altogether, the Villa Vitae & Pax complex accommodates up to 16 guests, offering generous space without compromising comfort or privacy.
