Villa Palma Maris is located in Sutivan on the island of Brač, about 70 metres from the sea and Bistrica Beach. Set within a fully enclosed 1,500 m² Mediterranean garden, it offers sea views, a private pool and a gym. With four bedrooms and 450 m² of living space, the villa has room to spend time together and find a quiet corner of your own.

The ground floor includes a spacious living room with a high ceiling, a dining area, a kitchen and a separate study. The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals during your stay and includes a Nespresso coffee machine, an ice maker and a wine fridge. The living area opens onto a covered terrace with a large stone dining table and a barbecue. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor. The second floor has a spacious 50 m² bedroom with its own 50 m² terrace overlooking the sea. Four terraces in total offer a choice of places to relax outdoors throughout the day.

The garden, planted with palms and Mediterranean greenery, features a 35 m² private pool with a counter-current swimming system. Eight sun loungers are available by the pool, while the covered terraces provide shaded spaces for dining and relaxing. The gym is housed in a separate building within the property. Guests also have access to two parking spaces and one garage space. The villa is in a quiet part of Sutivan, approximately a ten-minute walk from the centre, with the beach and a bar just a short walk away.

Villa Palma Maris is located in Sutivan, on the northwestern coast of Brač. Bistrica Beach and the sea are about 70 metres away, making it easy to head down for a swim. There is also a café near the beach. The centre of Sutivan, restaurants, and a shop are approximately one kilometre away. You can go out for dinner or take a walk through the village, then return to the privacy of the villa’s garden and terraces.
