The interior of the villa is arranged on a single level, making the stay simple and practical, especially for families with children or guests who prefer a ground-floor layout. Upon entering the villa, you are welcomed into a spacious open space living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. This central space naturally leads to the outdoor terrace and pool, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. On both sides of the living area, there are four bedrooms in total, each with its own en suite bathroom. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the other two feature twin beds, allowing for flexible accommodation for different groups of guests. Additional sleeping space is available on two sofas in the living room. At the entrance of the villa, there is also an additional bathroom with a washing machine, which is particularly convenient for longer stays.

The outdoor area is one of the villa’s most distinctive features. At the heart of the property, there is a heated swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, ideal for enjoying the day outdoors. Next to the pool, guests will find a sauna, ideal for relaxation, as well as a fire pit area that creates a special atmosphere in the evening hours. The large, fully fenced property ensures complete privacy, and behind the house, there is a path leading directly to the beach, just a few minutes away on foot.
