Located directly on the seafront in a peaceful bay in Bobovišća, Villa Blue Star of Brač provides accommodation for 10 guests. This modern villa offers 350 m² of living space on a 600 m² property. It features five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a heated swimming pool, direct access to the sea and a boat mooring. The villa extends over three levels consisting of the ground floor, first floor with a mezzanine and second floor. The main entrance is located on the second floor, which features a spacious open-plan area combining a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating and equipped with SAT TV and a DVD player. Large sliding glass doors open onto the pool terrace and provide panoramic views of the sea and bay. An internal wooden staircase leads down to the first floor, where two bedrooms with queen-size beds, sea views, and en-suite bathrooms with showers are located. A fully soundproofed TV room suitable for relaxing and watching films is available on the same floor. The mezzanine features another bedroom with a queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom, sea view and private furnished terrace. A storage room and laundry facilities are also located on this level. The ground floor contains two further bedrooms with queen-size beds and private en-suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms are connected to the courtyard. One opens directly onto a terrace with a table and chairs, while the other provides access to the outdoor dining area, summer kitchen and traditional Dalmatian fireplace. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi, SAT TV, a home cinema and sound system, washing machine and dryer, ironing equipment, a baby cot and a high chair.

Next to the living room is a terrace with a 20 m² heated swimming pool, sun loungers and open views of the sea and surrounding bay. The outdoor area extends across several terraces with seating, dining areas and Mediterranean greenery. The ground floor features a covered outdoor dining area with a summer kitchen, an additional refrigerator and a traditional Dalmatian barbecue. Table tennis and darts are available near the main entrance. The villa is located only 10 metres from the sea and beach and provides direct access to the waterfront. A mooring for a boat up to 10 metres in length is included in the accommodation price. Guests also have access to three bicycles, five yoga mats, snorkelling equipment for adults and children, beach and pool towels, and two private garage parking spaces.

The village centre, marina, shop, restaurant and café are approximately 800 metres away. Bobovišća is known for its peaceful bay, stone houses and traditional island atmosphere. Ložišća is 2 kilometres away, while Milna is 4 kilometres from the villa. Milna offers a wider selection of restaurants, shops, cafés and nautical facilities. The ferry port is 12 kilometres away, while Brač Airport is approximately 25 kilometres from the villa. Private transfers, boat or car rental and excursions around Brač and the nearby islands can be arranged upon request.
