Villa Wolf is a modern single-storey villa located in Ninski Stanovi, close to the historic town of Nin and its well-known beaches. Designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, the villa combines contemporary architecture, privacy, and a variety of wellness facilities, making it an excellent choice for families and smaller groups looking for a peaceful holiday near Zadar. The villa offers 118 m² of living space and is set on a fully fenced 360 m² property. Villa Wolf Interior

All rooms at Villa Wolf are conveniently arranged on the ground floor. The heart of the villa is an open-plan living area combining the living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Large glass doors connect the interior with the terrace and pool area while allowing plenty of natural light into the space. The villa has three bedrooms. Two are furnished with large double beds measuring 200 x 200 cm, while the third features a 180 x 200 cm double bed. One bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, while the second bathroom is located between the other two bedrooms. A separate WC is also available. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with televisions, while the sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space. The kitchen is fully equipped for a comfortable self-catering stay and includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender and ice maker. The villa also has a separate, fully equipped laundry room, which is particularly convenient for longer stays. Air conditioning, heating and underfloor heating ensure a comfortable temperature throughout the year, while Wi-Fi and a safe are also available. For entertainment, guests can enjoy a game console, darts and board games, while younger guests have access to a children's playground and toys.

Villa Wolf Exterior

The outdoor area of Villa Wolf is designed as a private space for swimming, relaxing and spending time together. At the heart of the fully fenced property is a private heated swimming pool of 24 m² with hydromassage. The surrounding terrace features eight sun loungers and plenty of space for enjoying the sun. The covered terrace next to the pool is furnished with an outdoor dining table and chairs, providing a pleasant setting for shared meals and relaxing in the shade. A barbecue is also available to guests. A private wellness area with a sauna, jacuzzi, and ice bath adds another dimension to the stay and makes the villa an attractive choice beyond the summer months. The entire property is fully fenced for additional privacy, and two private parking spaces are available on site.

Nin and its surroundings offer a good selection of beaches and possibilities for day trips, while Zadar is also easily accessible by car.
