This newly built villa has an interior area of ​​683 m2 and is furnished in a modern, bright design. Villa Sea Star is spread over three spacious floors and can accommodate 12 people in six bedrooms. The ground floor of the villa consists of a sauna with a shower, a garage for 2 cars and a bedroom with a king-size bed. In the room in front of the sauna there is also a Phillips TV Ambilight, which is connected to the internet like all TVs in this villa. The bedroom on the ground floor, as well as all the other bedrooms in the villa, have an ensuite bathroom and are equipped with a desk and a Phillips TV Amblight.
