This exclusive villa spans 400 m² of living space on a private estate of 3300 m² and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, with a maximum capacity of 13 persons (12 adults + 1 child).

Villa Orijana Interior

Villa Orijana offers six spacious bedrooms, five of which feature king-size beds (180x200), and one with two single beds, ideal for children or friends. Each bedroom is equipped with an en-suite bathroom (6 total), air conditioning, a safe, and a Smart TV, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy. Additionally, there is one extra WC and underfloor heating in all bathrooms for year-round comfort. On the ground floor, you'll find two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one with a bathtub, the other with a shower), a guest toilet, a modern kitchen with high-end appliances, a dining area, and a living room with access to a large terrace with seating. Another terrace with a large table and 12 chairs is located at the entrance of the villa. The first floor includes four additional bedrooms – three with double beds and one with twin beds – each with its own bathroom. In the basement, a private wellness area awaits, featuring a sauna, fitness room, and an entertainment zone with billiards, table football, table tennis, darts, and even an indoor climbing wall. This floor also includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer and storage for wine and other items.

Outside, a heated 9x4 m swimming pool (heating available for €80/day, paid in cash) is surrounded by 12 sun loungers under a shaded pergola – perfect for soaking up the sun in comfort. A fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator, sink, and gas grill is located next to the pool. Families with children will love the private playground featuring two slides, two swings, a trampoline, and a range of pool and garden toys such as inflatables, balls, shovels, and rakes. Parents will appreciate the three baby cots and four high chairs, making the villa ideal for holidays with little ones. There are also 8 adult bicycles, 3 children’s bikes (for approx. 10-year-olds), and 2 child seats that can be mounted on the adult bikes.
