The living area opens directly onto the covered terrace and private pool area. This floor also includes an entrance hall, a separate guest toilet, a laundry room and a storage room. The modern kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Guests also have a Nespresso coffee machine and filter coffee maker, wine cooler, mixer and blender at their disposal. The first floor features three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, spacious built-in wardrobe and access to a private loggia or balcony. Two bedrooms have a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. The third bedroom has two single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm, which can be joined to form a 180 x 200 cm double bed, as well as an additional single bed measuring 80 x 200 cm. Additional sleeping space is available on the corner sofa in the living room. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a TV. For entertainment, guests can enjoy a PlayStation 5, home cinema system, Hi-Fi system and board games, while Amazon Alexa is available throughout the villa. Streaming platforms can also be accessed using guests' own accounts. The villa is air-conditioned and heated, with underfloor heating available in two bathrooms. Towels and pool towels, hairdryers, a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron are also provided.

The grounds of Villa Marcello cover 385 m² and are fully fenced, providing guests with privacy throughout their stay. The centrepiece of the outdoor area is the private heated swimming pool measuring 3 x 8 metres, with a total surface area of 24 m². Next to the pool is a sunbathing area with sun loungers, while the covered terrace provides a pleasant place to relax outdoors even during the hottest part of the day. For additional relaxation, guests have a jacuzzi and sauna at their disposal, while a gas barbecue is available for preparing meals outdoors. Private parking is provided for 2 to 3 vehicles, together with a fast charging station for electric vehicles.
