Spanning three floors and offering 240 m² of stylish living space, Villa Malu has been thoughtfully designed to provide both comfort and functionality. The ground floor features a bright open-plan living area that combines a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room with an electric fireplace. Large glass walls flood the interior with natural light and provide direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. This level also includes a separate guest toilet equipped with a washing machine, an ironing board, and an iron. The first floor offers two elegant bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and access to a shared balcony overlooking the sea. An additional balcony, accessible from the hallway, provides another stunning panoramic view of the Adriatic. The second floor features two more spacious bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom. All four bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds (180 × 200 cm), air conditioning, televisions, and safes, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy for every guest.
