In its 330 m2 of living space, fully air-conditioned Villa La Tina provides accommodation for 8 + 2 guests on three floors. It features a total of 4 airy bedrooms located on the upper floor. While three bedrooms are equipped with a comfortable double bed, one room has two single beds that can be brought together if necessary. Each bedroom has its own lavishly decorated en-suite bathroom with shower. Additional two guests can be comfortably accommodated on the large sofa bed located in the game room. The ground floor of the villa consists of a modern kitchen, fully equipped with top-quality appliances, where guests will take pleasure in preparing delicious meals for family and friends, even during vacation. Guests have the opportunity to enjoy prepared meals while dining at the grand table  in the sun-soaked dining room. Villa La Tina is located on a completely fenced, 800 m2 large property. On the outside terrace of the villa there is a 44 m2 large heated swimming pool. Thanks to the lighting in and around the pool, you can enjoy a refreshing swim here at any time of the day or night. A total of 8 comfortable deckchairs are available for basking in the sun, while an outdoor wood or coal grill is available for preparing meals in the fresh air. Located on one of the terraces sits a jacuzzi where guests can lounge and relax while enjoying the view of the clear Adriatic Sea. Finally, a private car park is also available.
