Three bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable double bed, are located on the first floor of the villa. The master bedroom has access to a private, fully equipped en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a common bathroom, which is also fully equipped with all utensils for a carefree vacation. From the first floor you have access to a large balcony, which, in addition to a cozy lounge corner, also offers you the opportunity to relax in a jacuzzi with an enchanting view. On the ground floor of the villa you will find the second master bedroom, which also has access to an en suite bathroom. The walls of all bathrooms are made of concrete, while the stone sinks enhance the overall image. Luxury during your stay at Villa KaLa is guaranteed. On the ground floor there is also a living and dining room and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a modern hob with an integrated fan where you can cook together with your loved ones and create unforgettable moments eating together at the large dining table. Make yourself comfortable on the sofa or relax in the armchair looking at the pool. This space is flooded with light due to the open and refreshing room layout and large front window in the living room. Compete with your friends while playing PlayStation 5 and easily decide whose turn it is to grill and who can enjoy the view with a glass of wine from the wine fridge.
