Villa JoMaNi can accommodate up to 8 guests in a 220 m2 of living area spread over three floors. The villa has a total of 4 bright and modern bedrooms, which are equipped with a double bed, air conditioning and television, and have access to their own balconies. In addition, each bedroom has an en suite bathroom for maximum comfort, which is equipped with a sink, toilet and walk-in shower. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms are located on the first floor of Villa JoMaNi, while the fourth one together with its bathroom is located on the second floor and there is also a roof terrace with a sun deck. On the ground floor of the villa you will find a modern and bright living room with a large comfortable sofa and a Smart TV as well as a Playstation 5 console. In the extension of the living room there is a dining area and an elegant kitchen that is equipped with all the appliances necessary for preparing delicious meals. In addition to the living room, kitchen and dining room, on the ground floor there is also a gym where you can keep in shape during your vacation, and a toilet with a laundry room.

The outdoor space of Villa JoMaNi extends over 450 m2. There is a covered terrace with an outdoor dining table and a grill where you can prepare your favorite meals. Next to the terrace is a swimming pool with heating option and hydromassage where you can relax and cool off during hot summer days. After swimming in the pool, relax on one of the comfortable lounge chairs by the pool and soak up the sun. Children can carefreely play and jump on the trampoline, which is located in the villa's fully fenced yard. Parking is available in front of Villa JoMaNi for guests arriving by car.
