Villa Božini Dvori is an authentic Dalmatian stone villa located in the peaceful village of Gornje Raštane, in the hinterland of Biograd na Moru. Surrounded by olive trees, lavender and a carefully landscaped Mediterranean garden, the villa offers complete privacy and a wide range of amenities for a family holiday or a stay with friends.

The villa offers 360 m² of interior space and is set on an estate of almost 4,000 m². It can accommodate up to 10 guests, with eight guests staying in four bedrooms and two additional guests on an extra bed. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, air conditioning, a television, and a safe, providing guests with plenty of privacy and comfort throughout their stay. The interior also includes two living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. Traditional stone features are carefully combined with modern furnishings and amenities, allowing the villa to retain its distinctive Dalmatian character while providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The spacious, fully fenced grounds are at the heart of the outdoor experience. Guests have access to a private 60 m² swimming pool with a hydromassage section, a hot tub, a sauna and a small fitness area. Sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor shower and a comfortable relaxation area are arranged around the pool. For shared meals and long summer evenings, there is a covered outdoor dining area with a kitchen, barbecue and traditional fireplace. The outdoor area is completed by a large lawn, a landscaped Mediterranean garden and several separate seating areas for relaxation and socialising. Villa Božini Dvori is particularly well suited to guests looking for an active holiday. The estate features a private multi-purpose sports court for basketball, badminton and five-a-side football, as well as table tennis, billiards, darts and a boules court. Younger guests can enjoy a children’s playground, trampoline, playroom, board games and a PlayStation.

Despite its peaceful rural setting, the villa is an excellent base for exploring northern Dalmatia. Biograd na Moru, Sveti Filip i Jakov, Turanj and the nearby beaches are only a short drive away. Zadar, Lake Vrana Nature Park, and the Krka and Kornati national parks are all excellent choices for day trips.
