Together, the villas feature eight comfortable bedrooms and ten bathrooms. Each villa has four bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a welcoming living room with a fireplace. Villa Aura can accommodate up to 10 guests. In addition to four bedrooms, the basement features an entertainment room with a sofa bed for two additional guests, a billiard table and darts. Villa Quintina can accommodate eight guests and also features four bedrooms. Entertainment facilities include billiards, darts and a PlayStation 4. All rooms are air-conditioned, while both villas offer Smart TVs, internet access and everything needed for a comfortable stay for a larger group.

Each villa has its own private heated swimming pool of 40 m², an outdoor lounge area, sun loungers and a barbecue area. Both properties are fully enclosed, making them a suitable choice for families with children and guests travelling with pets. The villas are situated in a peaceful and secluded part of the island of Pag, only 300 metres from the sea and a sandy beach. A shop, restaurant and bar are approximately 500 metres away, while the town centre, supermarket and pharmacy are within 3 kilometres. The island of Pag is connected to the mainland by a bridge, making it easily accessible without the need to take a ferry. Zadar and other attractions of northern Dalmatia can be reached easily for day trips.
