Villa Amara is located in a quiet part of Zaton, close to the sea and only a few minutes’ drive from the historic city of Zadar. This modern villa with 165 m² of living space is set on a fully enclosed plot of 795 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It is an excellent choice for families or smaller groups looking for privacy, comfort, and a relaxed atmosphere near the sea and local amenities. A private swimming pool with hydromassage and a beautifully arranged outdoor area with a children’s playground add extra value to the stay, making the villa particularly suitable for families with children.

The interior of the villa is spread over two floors and designed for a comfortable stay throughout the year. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and an open-concept living room, as well as one bathroom. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200 cm), one with an en-suite bathroom, while the other two share an additional bathroom. In total, the villa offers three bathrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with TVs. Guests also have access to a washing machine, dryer, iron, and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, blender, and toaster. A baby cot and high chair are also available.

The outdoor area is designed as a private space for relaxation and socializing. At the centre of the garden, there is a 32 m² swimming pool with hydromassage, surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. The proximity of Zadar Airport, the marina, and several national parks makes this villa a great base for exploring the region, as well as a perfect choice for guests who want to combine a peaceful holiday with various activities.
