The ground floor features a spacious and bright open-plan area combining a fully equipped kitchen with an island, a dining area and a living room with comfortable seating and an LCD TV. Large sliding glass doors provide direct access to the garden and outdoor lounge area. A children’s playroom and an additional bathroom with a shower and toilet are also located on this floor. An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where four bedrooms are located. All bedrooms feature king-size beds and private en-suite bathrooms. The first bedroom includes an additional single bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and access to a furnished balcony. The second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a balcony with seating. The third bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a shower and balcony access, while the fourth bedroom also has a private bathroom with a shower. The second floor is occupied by a spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed, an additional sofa suitable for one guest, SAT TV and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The bedroom opens onto a large private terrace equipped with a jacuzzi, sun loungers, outdoor seating and an outdoor TV. A separate tavern serves as the villa’s entertainment and social area. It is equipped with a professional pool table, table football, darts, a projector screen, a comfortable corner sofa, an additional kitchen and a traditional Dalmatian barbecue. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with underfloor and wall heating, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and dryer, a safe, ironing equipment, two baby cots and two high chairs.

At the centre of the enclosed garden is a 50 m² heated swimming pool with massage jets, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. Guests also have access to an outdoor shower, a covered summer kitchen with a barbecue and bread oven, an outdoor bar, and an outdoor dining and social area. Next to the lounge area is a separate glass room containing a fully equipped gym. A sauna is located opposite the gym, with an ice bath positioned between the two facilities. The spacious property also includes a private tennis court and a basketball hoop. Bicycles and three private parking spaces are available to guests. Pets are welcome upon prior request.
