On the ground floor, there is a spacious open-plan area that connects the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room, with direct access to the outdoor terrace and garden. The living room features a comfortable sofa, Smart TV with satellite channels, and Netflix, making it ideal for relaxing evenings after spending the day outdoors. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for preparing meals, including an oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, espresso machine, Dolce Gusto machine, filter coffee maker, blender, mixer, and ice maker. The villa offers four air-conditioned bedrooms. Three bedrooms have their own en suite bathrooms, while one bedroom is positioned separately and provides additional privacy.
