With 350 m² of living space spread across several levels, Villa Porat offers a functional layout that ensures both comfort and privacy for larger families and groups of friends. The ground floor features a fully equipped modern kitchen connected to a spacious dining area and living room filled with natural light. Large glass surfaces open towards the terraces and allow uninterrupted views of the sea. The villa offers four comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. One bedroom can be arranged either as a double room or as a twin room with two separate beds. Two bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms, while the remaining bedrooms share a spacious bathroom. In addition, guests have access to two separate guest toilets. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with televisions, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout the year. On the lower level, directly connected to the pool area, guests will find a dedicated entertainment and wellness zone featuring a sauna, billiards and additional facilities for relaxation and social gatherings.
