Each of the four stylish, air-conditioned bedrooms has its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower, ensuring complete privacy for every guest. Three rooms have double beds, while one features two single beds – ideal for children or friends. Two additional guests can sleep on a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The central part of the villa features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room in an open-concept layout ideal for socializing. The villa is equipped with underfloor heating, making it an excellent choice even outside the summer season. Two additional toilets are also available.
