Villa Mistral can accommodate up to 9 people on a living area of 120 m2 which spreads over 2 floors. The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms, 4 of which are equipped with a double bed, while one bedroom has a single bed. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, while the remaining four are located on the first floor of the villa. On each floor of the villa there is a bathroom equipped with a sink, toilet and shower. On the ground floor of the villa, in addition to the bedroom and the bathroom, there is also a living room, a dining room and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances and dishes for preparing delicious meals during your vacation.

Through the living room and dining room you can access the terrace of Villa Mistral, which offers a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. From the terrace you can go down to the 30 m2 swimming pool with heating option, where you can cool off during hot summer days. Next to the pool there is also a covered lounge corner where you can relax and enjoy the shade. Only a few steps from the pool is the sea and a private beach, which is definitely the main highlight of this villa. For guests arriving by car, there are 2 parking spaces in front of Villa Mistral.

Close to the city of Split, you will find the island of Šolta, which, due to its excellent connectivity, can also be considered the suburb of Split. This island is known for its crystal clear sea and numerous pebble beaches, where you won't have to waste time looking for a free place to put down your towel. Šolta also offers you various opportunities for activities such as hiking, cycling, kayaking, diving, as well as boat and various other excursions. Šolta is connected to the mainland by ferry and catamaran lines that operate several times a day.
