Located directly on the seafront in Seget Donji, Villa Malia offers comfortable accommodation for 8 + 2 guests. This modern villa provides 390 m² of living space on a 1,280 m² property and features four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a separate annex accommodating two additional guests. A heated saltwater infinity pool, jacuzzi, private beach access and a pier in front of the villa make it an excellent choice for a peaceful seaside holiday near the historic town of Trogir.

Villa Malia Interior

The ground floor features a spacious open-plan area combining a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. Large glass walls fill the interior with natural light and provide direct access to the terrace. This floor also includes a bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, sea view, walk-in wardrobe and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower. A separate guest toilet is also available. An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where three additional bedrooms are located. The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed, a bathtub beside the bed, a wardrobe and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower and two washbasins. The bedroom also provides access to a balcony overlooking the sea. The second bedroom has two beds measuring 140 x 200 cm, a private en-suite bathroom with a shower and two washbasins, as well as a smaller lounge area with a TV. The third bedroom features a king-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is also located on this floor. Next to the main villa is a separate annex that provides additional privacy. It features a sofa bed for two guests, a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and washbasin. Villa Malia is fully air-conditioned and equipped with underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, SAT TV, a baby cot and a high chair.

Villa Malia Exterior

The outdoor area is designed for relaxation and spending time together. At its centre is a heated saltwater infinity pool surrounded by a sun deck and loungers. Guests also have access to a jacuzzi for four people, an outdoor shower, a lounge set, a wood-fired barbecue and a covered dining table for 12 guests. Below the pool is an additional relaxation area with artificial grass and decorative plants. Paved steps lead directly to the pebble beach and seaside promenade, while a private pier is located in front of the villa. Private parking is available within the enclosed property. Small pets are welcome upon prior request and for an additional charge.

The marina is 800 metres away, while the historic centre of Trogir is 2 kilometres from the property. Trogir is known for its well-preserved historic centre, which is protected by UNESCO, as well as its stone streets, squares, restaurants and cultural landmarks. Boat trips from Seget Donji can be organised to Čiovo, Drvenik and the hidden bays of the Trogir Riviera. Split Airport is 7 kilometres away, allowing guests to reach the villa quickly and easily.
