The spacious living area is equipped with a Smart TV, home cinema system, and Hi-Fi system, creating an ideal space for relaxation. The villa has two bathrooms—one with a bathtub and shower, and the other with a shower—as well as an additional WC. A dedicated laundry room includes a washing machine, dryer, and ironing area. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for daily meal preparation, while air conditioning and heating in all rooms ensure a comfortable stay throughout the year.
