Villa Glorious Brela Split, Dalmatia

Located in Brela and offering beautiful views of the Adriatic Sea and nearby islands, Villa Glorious Brela provides accommodation for 18 guests. The villa offers 850 m² of living space on a 1,000 m² property. It features nine bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a heated infinity pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym and playroom. All four floors are connected by an internal staircase and an elevator, allowing guests to move easily throughout the villa.

The ground floor features a spacious open-plan area combining the living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The living room has comfortable seating and an LCD TV with satellite channels, while the dining area includes a large table for 18 guests. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, kettle and coffee machine. A refrigerated wine wall is an additional feature of the kitchen. Large sliding glass doors fill the ground floor with natural light and open onto the first level of the cascading garden. A separate guest toilet and a children’s playroom with table football, a PlayStation console and toys for different age groups are also located on this floor. The first floor contains five air-conditioned bedrooms with queen-size beds. Each bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom with a shower. Two bedrooms open onto spacious balconies with sea views, while one bedroom also includes a sofa bed. The second floor is dedicated to wellness facilities and features a gym, sauna, and outdoor jacuzzi for four people. An additional bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet is available on the same floor. The top floor contains four additional air-conditioned bedrooms with queen-size beds. Each bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom with a shower. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi, SAT TV, a washing machine and dryer, hairdryers, a baby cot and a high chair.

The villa’s outdoor area descends towards the sea over several cascading levels. The first level features a covered terrace with an outdoor dining table and seating area, offering open views of the sea and nearby islands. The next level includes a heated infinity pool surrounded by a sun deck, loungers and parasols. The pool area provides plenty of space for relaxation while enjoying the panoramic sea view. Further down the stairs is an enclosed lawn suitable for children’s games and outdoor activities. A short path through the pine forest and across a local road leads to the pebble beach. Private parking is provided on the property.

Villa Glorious Brela is located 90 metres from the sea and approximately 100 metres from a pebble beach. The nearest shop is 1 kilometre away, a café is 1.5 kilometres away, and the closest restaurant is 1.9 kilometres from the villa. The centre of Brela is approximately 3 kilometres away. Brela is known for its crystal-clear sea, natural pebble beaches and long seaside promenade surrounded by pine forest. Its best-known beaches include Punta Rata, Podrače, Soline, Berulia, Stomarica and Vruja. The famous Brela Stone, a small rock in the sea with Mediterranean pine trees growing from it, is the area’s most recognisable landmark. Cycling routes, tennis, volleyball, water sports, diving, sailing, paragliding and hiking in Biokovo Nature Park are available to active guests. Split is approximately 50 kilometres away, while day trips to Makarska, Split, Trogir, Dubrovnik and Mostar can be organised from Brela.
