One of the bedrooms along with a guest toilet is on the lower floor of the villa which is accessed by an external staircase as the villa is in a falling position. The remaining two bedrooms, as well as the kitchen, living room and dining area are located on the upper floor of the villa. A large bathroom with shower is also available to guests on this upper floor and is kept in a modern design. There is also another guest toilet here. The fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room are in a modern open plan space. Here, too, the modern style is characterized by light tones, underscored by blue elements. In addition, this area is rich in natural light thanks to the large balcony doors which allow for stunning sea views. The two floors of the villa are connected only by the external staircase.
