Villa Bellavista Terraces is located in Marina, in Central Dalmatia, on an elevated position offering open panoramic views and a sea view. The villa is set on a private plot of approximately 1,500 sqm and offers around 400 sqm of fully air-conditioned interior space. Thanks to its position, guests can enjoy views of the sea and the surrounding area, along with a strong sense of peace and privacy, while the nearest beach is only about 400 metres away.

The villa features a total of nine bedrooms and is spread over three floors, with a clear separation between shared and private areas. The ground floor hosts the main communal spaces. A spacious living room is connected to a large kitchen and dining area, making this level a natural gathering point. This floor also includes an entertainment room with billiards and table tennis, one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, an additional shared bathroom, and a separate guest toilet. The first and second floors are divided into four fully separate apartments, two on each floor. Each apartment includes its own kitchen, a private bathroom, one bedroom with a double bed, and one bedroom with bunk beds. Two of the apartments also feature a sofa bed for two additional guests, allowing flexible accommodation for larger groups. All double bedrooms are equipped with king-size zip and link beds, which can be separated into two single beds if required, depending on the group composition.

The outdoor area is designed for relaxation and outdoor living, with a strong focus on the view. The heated swimming pool, measuring 11 x 5 metres with a depth of 1.7 metres, is positioned to offer open views of the sea and surrounding landscape from the terrace. Around the pool, there is a spacious terrace of approximately 200 sqm, furnished with sun loungers and lounge furniture. The property also features a landscaped garden of around 300 sqm and a dedicated wood-fired barbecue area, ideal for outdoor dining while enjoying sunset views and the panoramic setting. Private on-site parking is available for up to seven vehicles. A baby cot and high chair are available on request, free of charge.
