The 500 m2 Villa Nola with an indoor area of 160 m2 has the capacity to accommodate 8 guests in four beautiful bedrooms located on the 1st floor of the villa. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and have access to a private bathroom with a shower, while the fourth bedroom is furnished with a single bed (120 x 200) with a pull out bed (90 x 200).  All bedrooms are air-conditioned. On the ground floor of Villa Nola guests will find a large room where the kitchen, dining area and living room are located at. The kitchen is fully equipped and connected to the stylish dining area for 8 people, so that guests can have enough space to cook their favourite dishes and dine together. The living room is furnished with a comfortable L-shape couch and Smart TV with Netflix. Furthermore, Villa Nola features an indoor gym, laundry room, a bathroom with a shower and a guest toilet.

The courtyard of Villa Nola features a spectacular 32 m2 heated private pool surrounded by lounging chairs where guests will be able to fully relax and soak up the sun. Next to the pool is an outdoor shower. During their stay at the villa, guests will be able to grill on the outdoor charcoal grill. The entire property of Villa Nola is fully fenced and provides secured private parking for 3 cars.

Vodice is the perfect holiday destination in Croatia to escape the crowds and spend some time in a peaceful environment. The town of Vodice is blessed with quite a few beautiful beaches, of which the most popular Plava plaza is located only 1 km away from Villa Nola. Plava plaza has sandy, pebbly and concrete parts so that everyone’s preferences are met. Furthermore, all the necessary amenities such as a supermarket, an ATM, a bank, a restaurant, a bar, etc. are less than 1 km away from the property. Vodice is a great destination for an active holiday as there is the option of going snorkeling, sailing, kayaking, biking, etc. While in Vodice, make sure to visit the gorgeous city of Sibenik (14 km) which is the proud owner of two UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
