The villa can accommodate up to 9 guests, ensuring a comfortable and relaxed stay. The interior of the villa spans 120 m² and is designed for practical and comfortable use. The ground floor features a spacious living room connected to the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, creating a natural space for gathering and spending time together. The villa offers three bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms, while one bathroom is separate. All bedrooms are furnished with double beds (180x200), and one room also includes a bunk bed, which is a practical solution for families with children. Additional sleeping space is available on a sofa bed in the living room. The bathrooms are modern and equipped with showers, and guests also have access to a washing machine and basic toiletries, making longer stays more convenient. The living room includes a Smart TV with Netflix, as well as a PlayStation 5, providing additional entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, capsule coffee machine, and all standard equipment for meal preparation.

The outdoor area of 500 m² offers plenty of space for relaxation and enjoying the outdoors. At the center of the yard is a private heated swimming pool of 32 m², allowing comfortable use even outside the peak summer season. Guests can also use a wood-fired barbecue, while the entire property is fenced, ensuring a higher level of privacy.
