Located in a peaceful part of Zaton, just 100 metres from the sea and the pebble Vrbica Beach, Villa Eleven is a modern luxury villa designed to accommodate up to 11 guests. With 480 m² of living space spread across four floors, the villa offers 5 bedrooms, spacious indoor and outdoor areas, as well as amenities such as a heated infinity pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym. The villa is ideal for 10 guests, while the maximum capacity is 11 guests with an additional bed. All floors are connected by an internal staircase and a lift, allowing easy access throughout the villa.

Villa Eleven Interior

The ground floor of Villa Eleven is dedicated to relaxation and recreation. Guests have access to a gym, sauna, bathroom, and a children's corner with a playroom. The same floor also features a dining area and kitchen connected to the outdoor area, where the outdoor kitchen, terrace, swimming pool and barbecue are located. The first floor features the main living area with a living room, dining area and kitchen, as well as access to a covered terrace. The first bedroom is also located on this floor and features a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm, a private bathroom and a terrace. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV, while the kitchen includes a Nespresso coffee machine, among other amenities. The second floor comprises three bedrooms, each with a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm and a private en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms have access to covered terraces, while the third has its own terrace. The top floor features the fifth bedroom with a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm, a private bathroom with a bathtub and a walk-in wardrobe. The bedroom opens onto a private terrace with a jacuzzi, providing an additional space for relaxation and privacy. A separate utility room provides guests with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and ice maker. The villa also offers a children's playroom with toys, books and board games.

Set within 430 m² of grounds, the outdoor area is centred around a heated infinity pool measuring 36 m², with dimensions of 9 x 4 metres. Beside the pool is a sunbathing area with seven sun loungers and two parasols, ideal for relaxing during warm summer days. The outdoor kitchen and dining area provide a comfortable setting for preparing and enjoying meals outside, while guests also have a Weber gas barbecue at their disposal. SUP equipment is available for activities on the sea, while private parking provides space for four vehicles.
