In its 127m² of living space, Villa Banely offers accommodation for a total of 6 guests on two floors. Three modern bedrooms with double beds are situated on the first floor of the villa. Each of them has its own fully equipped bathroom, which gives you an extra dose of privacy. On the ground floor there is a beautifully decorated open space with a living room, a white kitchen and a dining room. A spacious and comfortable velvet sofa, as well as red armchairs, stand out in this space and give it a special charm. Relax on them with your loved ones and watch something on Smart TV. Try your hand at preparing new dishes in the traditional but modern white kitchen full of light, which is equipped with various kitchen appliances and accessories. You can enjoy your meal at the spacious dining table that is suitable for six people. In addition, the ground floor also offers a large bathroom as well as a private sauna where you can completely relax and recharge yourself!

The fully fenced Villa Banely gives you all the necessary privacy in the 50m² outdoor area. Relax in the blue pool and sunbathe on the deck chairs that surround it. Prepare a barbecue on the outdoor stone grill located in the covered part of the yard and enjoy the outdoor dining area made of a beautiful wooden table and benches. There are also two parking spaces at your disposal, so you don't have to worry about the safety of your vehicles.

Villa Banely will delight you with its location because it is located at the crossroads of different parts of Croatia - from the sea and islands in the south, to the mountains and lakes in the north. Visit charming Crikvenica or Novi Vinodolski, which will delight you with its beautiful beaches. Head to the island of Krk or the city of Rijeka, which is the third largest city in Croatia. If you like spending time in nature, visit Fužine and discover the rich offer of Gorski kotar which will delight you with untouched nature, fresh air and local food. Not that far away is also the magnificent Risnjak National Park, a true green oasis that is rightly considered one of the most beautiful Croatian mountains.
