The 569 m2 Villa Petra by HMZ Villas with an indoor area of 169 m2 can accommodate up to 6 persons in three air-conditioned bedrooms, which are furnished with a double bed and a TV. The master bedroom is located on the 1st floor of Villa Petra by HMZ Villas and has access to its own bathroom with a shower. Another bedroom can be found on the 1st floor of the villa and that bedroom also has a private bathroom with a shower attached to it. Both bedrooms have an exit to a private terrace. The last bedroom is located on the 2nd floor of the villa and this bedroom, just like the two previously, has a private bathroom with a shower and beautiful terrace. The modern kitchen is located on the ground floor of the villa and it possesses everything needed for preparing food, as well as a lovely wine rack from which guests will be able to pull the wine that perfectly complements their dish. Next to the kitchen is the elegant dining area for six people where guests can socialize over a tasty meal. The luxurious living room is furnished with two royal blue couches and a flat-screen satellite TV, while its walls showcase lovely pieces of art which gives the entire area an extra dose of elegance.

The courtyard of Villa Petra by HMZ Villas is a Mediterranean garden whose center is occupied by the 18 m2 swimming pool surrounded by parasols and lounging chairs so that guests can relax and cool off during hot summer days. Hidden in the shades of the trees, there is a lovely outdoor dining area for eight guests with a barbecue for guests who want to enjoy their meals on fresh air.
