Villa The One Labin, Istria

The 15 000 m2 Villa The One with an indoor area of 305 m2 consists of two units and offers accommodation to eight guests in four luxuriously decorated bedrooms which are furnished with a double bed, an A/C system, a safe deposit box and a TV. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor of the bigger unit of Villa The One, of which one is the master bedroom which has access to a private bathroom with a bathtub, while the other two bedrooms have access to their own bathroom with a shower. The final bedroom is located in the smaller unite of Villa The One and, just like the other three bedrooms, has access to a private bathroom with a shower. The bathrooms possess all the bathroom essentials such as towels, a hair dryer, etc. On the ground floor of the bigger unit of Villa The One guests will find a spacious living room which is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV with satellite programs and Netflix and a lovely fireplace which will bring an extra layer of coziness during the winter months. Furthermore, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer and a guest toilet. In the smaller unit of Villa The One guests will find a fully equipped kitchen where culinary expertise can be shown off, as well as a gorgeous dining area where the whole family can gather to a lovely meal.

The courtyard of Villa The One is a green paradise which offers full privacy far away from prying eyes of nosy neighbors, since the property is fully secluded. The central feature is the majestic 36 m2 infinity swimming pool in which guests can cool off during hot summer days or relax by the pool on one of the surrounding lounge chairs while having a view of the beautiful greenery in front of them. Next to the swimming pool is a beautiful sun deck with a 4 m2 outdoor heated Jacuzzi and a lounge area which create the perfect oasis for relaxation. Furthermore, guests will have a barbecue at their disposal, on which they can prepare delicious meals and enjoy them on the outdoor dining area. A special feature of the Villa The One is the jogging track within the property in the length of 400 m which will be ideal for guests who want to stay in shape even during their relaxing holiday in Istria. Villa The One offers a parking place for four cars on its property.
