The 1600 m2 Villa Callista with an indoor area of 255 m2 can accommodate up to 8 guests in four gorgeously decorated spacious bedrooms. The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, an A/C system and a flat-screen satellite TV and all four bedrooms have access to a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bathrooms are fully equipped with all bathroom essentials such as a hair dryer, towels which are changed once a week, etc. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor of Villa Callista for maximum convenience of our physically disabled guests. The ground floor also consists of a room with an open-plan concept where the kitchen, dining area and living room are located. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances and utensils so that guests have no trouble cooking their favorite meals during their luxury holiday in Croatia. The prepared dishes can be enjoyed by the whole family in the stylish dining area for 8 guests. The cozy living room is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped couch and Sat-TV while the electric fireplace gives the entire space a bit of extra coziness. The entertainment offer of the indoor area of Villa Callista consists of a playroom accessed from the terrace where guests will find darts, board games and table football. Pets (up to 15 kg) are also welcomed to enjoy a wonderful stay at the villa for extra charge.

The outdoor area of Villa Callista offers everything one’s heart might desire: a wonderful pool area with a sunbathing dock, various entertainment amenities, a lush garden and a spectacular panorama view of the incredibly green hills of the village of Ruzici. The 35 m2 private pool is heated so that it can be used from the preseason in spring all throughout the postseason in autumn and has and has water polo equipment. The pool is surrounded by lounging chairs and parasols and guests are also provided with beach towels and an outdoor shower with warm water. On the terrace, accessed from the kitchen, guests will find an outdoor dining area for 8 people and a summer kitchen with a barbecue. Furthermore, there is a table tennis, a basketball hoop and a give-a-side football court, so that there is never a dull moment at the villa. The entire property of Villa Callista is enclosed for full privacy and guests have a secured private parking lot at their disposal.
