The Villa Little Sea House has a living area of 60 m2 which is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The villa has 3 bedrooms which are equipped with a double bed and a TV, and have access to an en suite bathroom, which allows guests maximum privacy and comfort. Each of the bathrooms is equipped with a sink, toilet and shower and has all the necessities for a carefree vacation. Two bedrooms and their en suite bathrooms are located on the first floor of the villa, which can be reached by an external staircase, while one bedroom and its bathroom are located on the ground floor of the villa. The ground floor also has a vintage kitchen, a rustic wooden dining area and a living room with a sofa bed and SMART TV. The entire interior of the villa Little Sea House is decorated in a rustic style with wooden elements, which creates a real traditional Dalmatian atmosphere in the house.

The exterior of the Villa Little Sea House villa has a surface of 700 m2 and, thanks to the beautiful pine trees, abounds in natural shade. From the dining room and the living room, you can access the covered terrace with a large stone grill, where guests can prepare their favorite dishes and then enjoy them at the large dining table while enjoying the beautiful sea view. The first floor of the villa also has a large open terrace with a wonderful view of the Pašman Canal. In the courtyard of the villa there is an infinity pool with constantly circulating sea water and hydromassage option where guests can cool off during hot summer days. Next to the pool, in the shade of dense pine trees, there are comfortable sun loungers where guests can relax and rest. In addition, next to the pool there is another covered terrace with a wooden table and benches where guests can spend their time together. But, the highlight of this villa is certainly the fact that it is located right at the beachfront, which gives guests the option of choosing between swimming in a private pool or in the crystal clear sea. In front of the house there is a pier with a boat mooring, which allows guests to arrive by their own boat.

Villa Little Sea House is located in Uvala Vitane on the island of Pašman, which belongs to the Zadar archipelago. The villa can be reached by ferry from Biograd na Moru, which will take you to Tkon, from where you will continue the 3.5 km drive by car. In addition, you can also reach the villa by organized boat transport from Biograd, which will drop you off in front of the villa. There are a number of activities on the island such as cycling, hiking and various water sports. In the Pašman channel there is also the islet of Galešnjak, which is known for its natural heart shape, which is why many people come there to get married, renew their vows, enjoy their honeymoon or simply celebrate love. Pašman is connected to the island of Ugljan by a bridge, and the mainland can be reached by frequent ferries. Therefore, don’t miss visiting the historic city of Zadar and the city of Biograd na Moru, where the only water park in Dalmatia is located, which is known as Dalmaland.
