There is also a bathroom equipped with a sink, shower, toilet and washing machine. Another person can sleep on the couch in the living room. In this space there is also a dining room, a kitchen and a brick fireplace which, along with the stone walls, gives the interior a real Dalmatian atmosphere. Here you can prepare your favorite dishes while you can enjoy the flavors at the dining table where you can also spend time with your travel companions. Villa Bračuta is the right choice for all those who take care of the environment because the house is supplied with hot water thanks to solar panels.

From the dining room and living room you can access the covered terrace and front yard of 75 m2, where you will find an outdoor dining area, a large brick barbecue, a covered summer kitchen and a lounge corner. From the terrace you have access to the 28 m2 swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers where you can relax and sunbathe after cooling off in the pool. There is also an outdoor shower that you can jump under at any time. Given that Villa Bračuta is located on a plot of 20,000 m2 in total, you can be sure that you will spend your holiday in complete privacy. In the back yard there is another lounge corner, as well as a children's playground with swings and a sandbox, as well as various entertainment facilities such as table tennis, badminton, a goal for soccer and much more.
