The 600 m2 Villa Olea with an indoor area of 160 m2 can accommodate six guests in three gorgeous bedrooms furnished with a double bed and an A/C system. In addition to the three bedrooms, guests of Villa Olea will have three bathrooms at their disposal. One of the bathrooms has a shower, the other is equipped with a bathtub, while the final one functions as a guest bathroom as it has only a toilet and a sink. The ground floor of Villa Olea features the kitchen, the dining area and the living room in an open-plan space. The space is divided into the kitchen/dining area and the living room with a platform level. On the platform, guests will find a lovely kitchen which possesses everything needed when engaging in culinary endeavors, as well as a beautiful dining area for four guests with a light wooden table and four velvet forest green chairs. Stairs from the platform level lead into the elegant living room with golden accents furnished with a blush pink couch and satellite TV.

The courtyard of Villa Olea features a gorgeous 24 m2 heated swimming pool which can be enjoyed from early spring in the preseason all the way to late fall in the postseason. From the swimming pool or one of the surrounding lounging chairs, guests will have a spectacular view of the Adriatic Sea with the Zadar archipelago. Next to the swimming pool area is the outdoor dining area with a grill for guests who like dining in an outdoor ambience. The entire property of Villa Olea is fenced so that guests can have their full privacy.

Petrcane is a quiet village in Dalmatia known for its crystal clear sea and gorgeous beaches where visitors can engage in various fun water sport activities. What is more, Petrcane is a great starting point to explore the entire Zadar County as it is located between the picturesque town of Nin (9 km) best known for its sandy beach with shallow waters called Queen´s Beach and the historic city of Zadar (12 km), which was voted Best European Destination 2016. In Zadar, visitors will be able to stroll along the Roman forum which features beautiful remnants of the once mighty Roman Empire, as well as view sunsets that are, according to Alfred Hitchcock, even more beautiful than in Los Angeles.
