Villa Lux Serenity spans an impressive 275 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests in five modernly furnished bedrooms. Four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and beds are sized either 90x200 cm or 180x200 cm, ensuring maximum comfort. Each bedroom comes equipped with air conditioning and a Smart TV. The ground floor features a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV with Netflix, seamlessly connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The kitchen includes everything you need for meal preparation: induction stove, oven, dishwasher, bean-to-cup coffee machine (Philips 3200), microwave, toaster, blender, and mixer. Guests also have access to a washing machine, iron, and hairdryer.

Situated on a plot of nearly 300 m², the outdoor area of Villa Lux Serenity features a 45 m² private pool with 4 sun loungers, ideal for cooling off during warm summer days. Although the pool is not heated and does not include massage jets, its spaciousness and privacy contribute to a truly relaxing experience. The outdoor area also includes an al fresco dining area with a gas grill. The property is fully fenced and offers three private parking spaces. Pets are welcome with an additional fee, and security is enhanced with a safe and secured entry.
