All bathrooms in the fully air-conditioned Villa Kalina are equipped with underfloor heating, providing guests additional comfort. The ground floor of the villa consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with Smart TV and a large sofa bed. A separate toilet and pantry are also available on the ground floor.
