The 600 m2 Villa Calla with an indoor area of 160 m2 has the capacity to accommodate 8 guests in four stylish bedrooms which are furnished with a double bed, an A/C system and a TV. Furthermore, guests will have two bathrooms with a shower at their disposal, as well as a separate toilette. In the modern kitchen on the ground floor of Villa Calla, guests will find all kitchen utensils and appliances they will need for preparing tasty meals. Guests can socialize in the stylish dining area for 4 guests or in the chic living room furnished with a couch, two armchairs and satellite TV.

The courtyard of Villa Calla features a majestic 24 m2 heated swimming pool which can be enjoyed from the early spring in the preseason to late fall in the postseason. Surrounding the swimming pool are lounging chairs from which guests will have a spectacular view of the Adriatic Sea and the pebble beach. The entire property of Villa Calla is fenced so that guests have full privacy during their stay. Private parking is available on the property.
