The 2000 m2 Villa BlackWood with an indoor area of 130 m2 consists of the ground floor and first floor and has the capacity to accommodate up to 6 guests. The ground floor of Villa BlackWood consists of a kitchen, a dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a lounge area. Upon entering the villa, one enters the hallway with a beautiful lounge area with a sofa and an armchair. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances and utensils so that guests have everything they need at their disposal while cooking for their loved ones who can gather in the lovely dining area for six guests. Furthermore, the ground floor of Villa BlackWood features a pilates room so that guests can keep in shape during their vacation in Dalmatia. Stairs lead to the first floor of Villa BlackWood where the sleek living room is located at which has access to a balcony. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed for two guests, as well as a Smart flat-screen TV with satellite programs and a PlayStation 4. Additionally, there are two bedrooms with a double bed located on this floor. Both bedrooms are equipped with an A/C system and a TV while one of the bedrooms also has an exit to a private balcony with garden furniture. This floor features another bathroom with a shower.

The outdoor area of Villa BlackWood is a gorgeous Mediterranean garden which hides a breathtaking 32 m2 private swimming pool surrounded by lounging chairs and creates the most ideal oasis for relaxation. Next to the pool is an outdoor shower for maximum convenience. Furthermore, guests will be able to prepare delicious meals on the grill and dine in nature in the beautiful outdoor dining area for six guests. During their stay, guests can freely pluck the fruits organically grown in the garden of Villa BlackWood. The entire property of the villa is fenced, offering full privacy. There is a private parking lot for 3 cars at the property.
